He’s a very successful sales manger who craves results. He can’t be bothered with people who don’t produce. They are losers. He always produces the numbers year after year. The question is does he do it through bullying or coaching?
What’s the difference between bullying and coaching? This was one of the questions that ran through our mind when we were talking about Dave.
Coaching, for us, is making people do what they don’t necessarily want to do in order to achieve, to be successful.
But for Dave, success does not come naturally. We are all lazy and basically don’t want to work anyway. He believes we especially don’t want to work hard. We don’t like pain, psychological or physical, and therefore, he believes, unless he’s there giving people a good kick up the backside nothing happens. He accepts the sales targets from the CEO and the team have to deliver on them. To him personal bests are there to be broken. Its about breaking sales records. Hitting the sales targets. Getting the bonuses. If your personal best is below target then improve. Try harder. He only sees potential in the sales force and gets really, really irritable and frustrated when they don’t respond. He really cares about the business and the individuals. He just hates watching talent being wasted.
Dave also believes success in sales is a direct reflection of the amount of work that has been put in before the event. There is no point is setting out to achieve leading edge targets if you don’t put the work in on each individual before hand. Dave sees his job as motivating others to excel. People like Mike. Mike has plenty of talent. He oozes talent but he seems to stop short of full implementation. He talks a good story, has a lot of promise but appears to rest on what he has done. Capable but……stuck in the groove. Like a number of us, Mike has worked out what worked for him in the past and keeps replicating it. Yes, he always hits his sales target. But only just and Dave feels he has so much to offer. So much more talent. His talent is being wasted in Dave’s eyes.
Dave believes that sales people do not under perform because they want to. They under perform because someone or something has got to them. The question is what? After spending a great deal of time with Mike, Dave began to realise it was historical. Mike had worked for a sales manager who had given him a lot of promises and in a nut shell had never delivered on the promises. The result was that Mike didn’t really believe sales managers any more, didn’t believe that they believed in what they were saying. Mike believed that Dave was just another sales manager who would say what was necessary to get him to hit target and that was that. He had heard all the buzzwords before and basically had come to understand that the more buzzwords that were used the more difficult it was to identify any passion and commitment to either the staff or the product.
After a number of long discussions with Mike. Dave told Mike that in his opinion he had allowed himself to become a victim. A victim of circumstances. Never allow yourself to be a victim especially a victim of circumstances. If you allow yourself to be the victim you will always be the loser. You must always work to change the circumstances. They worked together to change the circumstances. Gradually Mike started to believe that perhaps Dave did have passion for the company, products and the people. Mike in turn started to reach for the stars. To find his true potential.
Dave believes passionately, that the results are always in the detail. The more effort he puts in on one to ones. The more effort he puts into the team. The more they talk and work together. The more they believe in each other. The more they get through the buzz words and understand the passion, what makes each of them really tick. The more they understand how committed everyone is to being successful. The more he knows that they will reach their, monthly, quarterly and annual targets. He leaves no stone unturned. He gives his all to the people that work for him..
Dave gives them the world, all he asks is that they make the effort and have a passion for what they do.
Is that bullying or coaching?

Linen itself has been featured in history since Prehistoric
times. Egyptian culture used linen as a basic cloth as well as
for costume. Archaeologists have found samples of linen, dating
back to 4200 BC. Linen that is now used in fine Swedish table
linen was processed in much the same way, back in 642 AD.
Unfortunately, few pieces have survived from that time.
By the 1500’s, a damask linen was imported by Holland and
Flanders. This linen was used for table cloths by the wealthy.
This tradition was replicated in the seventeenth century in
Sweden. Fine Swedish table linens were owned by wealthy Swedish
families–they were ornate and decorative. And it wasn’t until
the 1800’s that table linen was used as an everyday table cloth.
>From the seventeenth century, Halsingland, Sweden began to
produce both flax and linen. It was in 1730 that a man by the
name of Stephen Bennet set up a linen factory of sorts with
about eighty looms. The quality of the damask created was high,
but the factory stopped producing fine Swedish table linen in
1845 when it closed down.
In terms of producing the linen, most histories agree that men
were given the responsibility of the heavier work–carrying and
lifting and transport of materials. Women were taught from a
young age about the craft of linen. Many of the children and
older women were in charge of less delicate jobs, while those
with manual dexterity and stamina were given the task of making
the higher quality fine Swedish table linens on one of the many
looms.
Prior to weaving and spinning, the women would color the flax.
Bleaching the fine Swedish table linens was difficult, as many
of the dyes were not colorfast. Some of the natural dyes that
were utilized were from natural findings–leaves, lichens, moss,
and bark. In the rare occasions when other colors were
requested, they could buy colorings–logwood, gambier, indigo,
and Farnock (from a tree).
The complicated process of weaving fine Swedish table linen was
not without good results though. One story goes that an owner of
a weavery–Calle Redhe– used to go to Norway to sell his fine
Swedish table linen. In one particular summer trip, he met an
older woman of about seventy years old. The woman came up to
Calle and asked him if he was indeed Calle Redhe, to which he
replied yes.
The woman was delighted to find Calle as she herself had bought
a fine Swedish table linen from Calle’s father in 1948 just
after she was married. Now, recently widowed after fifty-seven
years and returned to Norway to live she was delighted to learn
she could finally buy some napkins woven from the same loom as
the tablecloth. She had her tablecloth with her and purchased
matching napkins.
Fine Swedish table linen has a long history behind it, but it’s
the story of the owners and their families are what enrich their
legacy. And with the long-standing tradition of linen making and
weaving, you too can probably find something to match your
great-grandmother’s linens.

God. Thank you for the day today. God, I tried to do everything to the best of my abilities. I may have done few things right and others wrong. Please forgive me, my mistakes and please reward me for my successes if you so desire.
God, I want to forget today and get up fresh tomorrow. I also want to forget all of my past. God, I want to love tomorrow as if it is my birthday. I want to treat tomorrow as my new birth and forget all of my past. This will help me live life in a new way every day without any burden of the past. God, please help me doing this. God, There are many incidents of my past which were very bad when they occurred. But today, I don’t even remember them. I want to do this to all my incidents of today. I don’t want them to fade away from my memory slowly. But I want to bury them now. God, please help me doing that.
God, Please give me new ideas tomorrow. Please give me a new outlook. Let me treat all the obstacles as challenges. Let me enjoy fighting with them rather than getting frustrated by them. God, please give me a new way of looking at the things. Let all the situations be a test situation for me. Rather than getting annoyed and irritated, let me look at them as my adversaries that have to be outwitted by me. Let me do this in a playful way.
God, let me do this everyday. God, let me pray to you in the same way everyday. God thank you very much.

Feng shui indicates some specific guidelines regarding children’s spaces and bedrooms. The way we decorate them and the way we distribute the furniture should be done by following those principles in order to achieve harmony and help your children feel comfortable in that space.
One first important aspect to have into account about a child’s room is the colors within it. You should pay special attention to the colors you choose for this space, not only for the walls but for the decoration in general. According to feng shui, a child’s room should be in earth colors such as light oranges, terracotta or warm yellows. These colors would make them feel safe.
Colors that are cold, such as blue or gray shades should never predominate in a child’s room, since they could bring them insecurity feelings. Besides, the wall and furniture colors should be in balance as well. It is also important to remark that too bright colors are not recommended for a child’s bedroom.
If your child is very active, you should balance this through the colors you choose for his bedroom; they should be light and relaxing colors such as beiges or very light oranges. On the other hand, if your child is quiet, you should choose warm orange or yellow colors which would be in balance his personality.
As with all bedrooms, the bed position is very important. First of all, your child’s bed should not be right across the door. Besides, it should ideally have a wall at one side and be in such a position that allows him to easily see the door. If possible, the bed should be in a corner since that would make the child feel secure and sleep better.
Also, the position in which the child sleeps can influence the time he wakes up and how deep he sleeps. If your child has problems waking up, you should place his bed in a position which allows him to sleep with his head towards east or south. On the other hand, if he has light sleep, his head should be towards north or west.

This article describes how investments in skill-building training programs are usually wasted, and how to implement the best available options for enhancing learner retention and increasing your organization’s ROI.
The Problem
Do any of these challenges sound familiar to you?
- We spent quite a bit of money to train our staff, and now 6 months later nobody is using it!
- Everybody liked the program, and they were positive when they walked out the door, but nothing seems to have really changed….
- Our senior leaders are complaining that we didn’t get the results we were after, in spite of the significant investment we made!
These scenarios happen all too often today. There are 3 key reasons why your training investment may be wasted:
- All skill learning involves physically growing new neural connections in the brain.
- It takes lots of practice and an extended period of repetition of skills to stimulate this growth and establish these neural connections.
- Improving behavior with new skills means working against habits that have been ingrained for decades.
It sounds like a daunting task to overcome these hurdles, doesn’t it? But today there are new strategies, resources and technologies that can overcome these obstacles and really make learning stick.
The Solution
If you perceive training not as an event, but as a process designed to reinforce behavior over the long run, you will see long-term behavior change and increase your ROI from learning initiatives. An excellent way to do this is with a “blended approach” to learning.
About Blended Learning
“Blended Learning” is a term used to define the use of multiple learning resources to help learners change behavior. This includes instructor-led classes, virtual classes, self-paced instruction, assessment tools, coaching, on-the-job resources, books, reference manuals, and discussion forums. Knowing how to create well-designed learning solutions, using a blended approach, can insure you achieve the objectives you’ve targeted.
Blended learning has become one of the hottest topics in the learning profession. In a recent study, survey respondents rated blended learning as the most effective form of training.1
In fact, the use of blended learning is projected to double in the next couple of years. In 2004, it comprised 16.1% of training and is projected to grow to 29.4% of all training by 2006. It was cited as the most effective type of training by 78.5% of respondents in the 2004 survey, followed by instructor-led and on-the-job training. It was also cited as the most efficient form of training.
The amount of online learning used over the next 2-3 years is also expected to double. Our experience has shown there are 2 approaches to e-learning that will significantly enhance learner retention and provide a high ROI, as follows:
- Online Instructor-led Training. This is also known as a Virtual Classroom.
- Online, Self-Paced Training.
Moving from instructor-led classroom instruction to self-paced online instruction and virtual classroom delivery was frequently mentioned as the key to:2
- increasing the ration of employees to learning staff members by up to 40%
- reducing travel costs by as much as 80 percent
- reduced time away from the job
- increased usage of learning assets
- integrating learning with job tasks
This indicates that not only is a blended learning approach a more productive learning experience, it is also more cost-effective for the organization. One key element of reduced cost is the reduction of travel costs and time out of the office.
The Importance of Reinforcement and an Ongoing Learning Process
In addition to the use of multiple learning delivery options, the use of reinforcement and ongoing “touch points” is critical for enhancing learner retention. Without an ample period of skill reinforcement, an organization’s investment in training will not result in changed behavior patterns.
The key is to think of training not as an event, but as a long-term process. We have found that the use of virtual classes, conducted in 60-90 minute sessions, provides an excellent way to economically and efficiently create reinforcement opportunities and enhance learner retention. It also encourages an additional element of accountability when each participant must report the actions taken on their Development Plan, as created in the classroom.
Assessment, Measurement and the use of a Development Plan
Not only do assessment tools provide excellent resources to measure progress, they enhance the learner’s ability to apply new skills and retain knowledge. An excellent way to measure improvement is to use a behavior-based pre-test before training, followed by an identical post-test 9 to 12 months later. Knowledge tests assess the wrong thing: what a person knows, rather than what a person is doing. Multi-source feedback (also known as 360 degree feedback) is the only way to get an objective assessment of leader, team and other people skills, all of which are otherwise hard to measure.3
Not only does 360-degree feedback offer an excellent measurement resource, it provides the participant feedback regarding his or her current strengths and development needs in areas targeted during the training program. This helps the participant apply the learning concepts discussed in the classroom, and to create an individualized Development Plan to improve behavior.
Accountability
Holding participants accountable increases the chance that they will follow through on the actions identified to enhance their performance. When they know they will be held responsible to show evidence of improvement, their motivation to work on performance issues dramatically grows. When the participant shares his or her Development Plan with the immediate manager, it helps the manager to not only coach the individual where needed, but hold him or her accountable for following though on the plan.
Strong, consistent coaching from supervisors and managers is the key to bridging the chasm that exists between learning and behavior. Train leaders to apply the right amount of accountability and support to their direct reports to ensure that transfer takes place. Include a 360-degree feedback process to enhance the likelihood that supervisors are applying what they’ve learned.4
Summary
The bad news is that it’s extremely hard to improve performance when less effective behaviors have been ingrained for years. The good news is that it CAN be done when:
- The problem is identified (typically through a 360 degree feedback diagnostic)
- A targeted training program is provided
- Learning is reinforced over time
- The individual is held accountable for improvement
The primary viewpoint needed is to view training not as an event, but as a process of ongoing learning and follow-up.

For better or worse, I watch the Antiques Roadshow religiously. While I love to see the appraisers enlighten someone’s day with an unexpected evaluation, I also like to watch people’s reactions when they find out the family heirloom wasn’t given to their great-great-great-grandmother from George and Martha Washington…and that it’s a forgery.
Not that I like to see their disappointment, no, what I listen for is their reaction. Sometimes the owners put on a brave face, while others are dubious of the expert’s claims. My favorite though is the person who doesn’t really care, they still like the item and it will continue to have a place of prominence in their home.
I admire those antique hunters who love their items regardless of its value. Having said that…do a little research and you probably won’t get burned.
I think the same holds true for the stock market. Research a company you’re interested in; do your own due diligence and chances are you won’t get taken in by a highly speculative dud. As an astute investor, you need to look at the business prospects, don’t let your emotions lead the way.
And those idioms were put to the test last Friday (March 24) when Wendy’s International spun off its Canadian coffee and doughnut icon Tim Hortons Inc. in the largest initial public offering (IPO) in more than half a year.
The first-ever share offering was initially priced at $27 in Canada. But when trading opened on the TSX, the shares went as high as $37.99 before pulling back to close at $33.10.
Shares also began trading on the NYSE where a similar surge was seen. The U.S. listed shares closed up $5.01 at $28.17. Between the TSX and the NYSE, a total of 44.2 million shares exchanged hands - more than the 29 million shares that hit the market.
But was Friday’s grab worth the buzz - were investors interested in the facts, were they buying on emotion, or a little bit of both?
Part of Tim Hortons appeal in Canada may be its combination of two of the country’s passions: doughnuts and hockey. A professional hockey player, Tim Horton started the chain in 1964 to make money in the off season. In 1974 he was killed in a car accident after a Buffalo-Toronto NHL game. And so began the legend of Tim Hortons.
It’s a well known fact that Canadians go to Tim Hortons after or instead of, work, school, and church. In fact, per capita, Canadians consume more doughnuts than any other country in the world; three times as many as Americans.
Those may be encouraging statistics, but investors need to be aware of the competition and market condition; not all doughnut stocks have fared well. Shares of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts have fallen about 85% from their 2003 high, to around $7.50 per share.
That said it’s also a well known fact that fundamentally, Tim Hortons has been performing exceptionally well.
According to Wendy’s latest earnings report, Tim Hortons recorded revenues of $1.2 billion last year. Although Wendy’s has 2.5 times more outlets, its revenue was barely twice that of Tim’s. Even more significantly, in pure dollars, Tim’s profits outstripped Wendy’s by more than $50 million.
Over the past five years, the number of Tim’s outlets has jumped nearly 50% to more than 2,600 in Canada and nearly 300 in the U.S. The company has plans to increase the store count to 4,000 in Canada and 500 in the U.S.
While some analysts think Tim Hortons is a gold mine, others are not quite so optimistic. Some believe Tim’s growth has peaked in Canada and that it will never achieve a high level of success in the U.S. where Tim’s is just another food chain and not a national symbol.
Time will tell.
The point is…it doesn’t matter if the stock you’re interested in is trading for $0.50 or $30.00 - -you need to do exhaustive research on the company, and be objective. Find out what kind of market they operate in and who their competition is. Are they profitable, are their revenues up, are they expanding? Is there an emotional factor that could benefit/hinder their potential?
Granted, most small-cap stocks will not attract the kind of attention that Tim Hortons did. But you still need to be aware of the same factors, after all, it’s your money.
Remember, the better prepared you are, the less likely it is you’ll end up on the Antiques Roadshow with a stock certificate you think came over on the Mayflower.

If you want to practice dynamic, fearless, brazen creative thinking, follow these 5 easy steps:
1. Prepare to STINK when you start to think!
Perfection is for saints and I’ve never met one. Your creative thinking is going to stink at times. You are going to come up with some truly hideous ideas. Probably a big steaming pile of them. And that’s great! You should be mentally willing to be a
target="_new" href="http://www.wilywalnut.com/human_craptivator.html" rel="nofollow">human craptivator — churning out bad ideas. Go for quantity before you look for quality. In amongst those stinkers you will find some gems. Diamonds are found in the dirt, remember. And those ‘crappy’ ideas? Well, they will fertilise your mind and combine to make new ideas and innovations. And some may not be that ‘crappy’ after all — just weird and different. Many fortunes have been made with what seem like really awful ideas.
2. Inflate your EGO!
You’ve got to think with confidence. Get off the self-pity train. Stop saying that you aren’t creative, that you wouldn’t know a good idea if it slapped you in the face and screamed, “HEY, I’M A GOOD IDEA!” You were born a genius. You’ve got the same tool set as the greatest minds that ever lived. When you dream at night, your brain creates WORLDS for pete’s sake! So tell that inner wallflower to, “Shut the %*$! up!” and start telling yourself the truth: You are a genius, you CAN do creative thinking, and you sure as hell can come up with brilliant creative ideas. Big up yourself!
3. Make it a competition!
You can take a juicy pleasure in coming up with more and better ideas than anyone else. ‘Genius’ has a nice ring about it, don’t you think? Wouldn’t you prefer to be known as the go-to guy (or gal) when innovation is on the agenda? So, become ‘the ideas person’, ‘the brainiac’ for your company, family or school. Get yourself a bunch of notebooks and journals and never be without one — and make it your daily challenge to write down the ideas that come to you. Once you start capturing these ideas — yes, even the stinkers — you create a creative thinking feedback loop with your brain that tells it: I want these ideas. Gimme more! And you’ll get more.
4. That blinking creative thinking!
Malcolm Gladwell’s book, ‘Blink’, talks about rapid cognition and the snap judgements and impressions that occur within two seconds of being presented with a new situation, person, problem or challenge. These fleeting impressions can often give us a more complete understanding of an experience before we get bogged down in too much detail. Psychologists refer to this as the ‘power of thin slicing’, the capability of human to make sense of situations based upon the thinnest slice of experience. You can use this rapid-fire thinking ability as a creative thinking technique. First, make sure you always have a notebook or audio recording device available to make note of your immediate impressions and thoughts. These could be bolts from the blue — seriously important creative ideas. Secondly, challenge yourself to generate ideas at speed. Get someone to fire a description of a creative challenge to you and immediately start scribbling down every thought and impression that comes to you. Or ask yourself a series of questions designed to generate as many varies ideas as possible — at speed. This is turbo-charged creative thinking!
5. Be the Creator!
When you create something — anything, a child, a book, a building, a picture, a pie — and then you look at it, you realise something wonderful. “That would have never existed if it weren’t for me!” The beauty of creative thinking is in the realisation that it doesn’t matter if something’s been done before because it’s never been done by YOU. We all bring something unique and different to what we do and create. Right now, there are all kinds of energetic vacuums in the Universe and these are the things that you haven’t created YET. They are out there in potentiality. And there’s a kind of expectation and demand upon you to create them. If you don’t get off your butt and start doing it, those things will never exist. And you just don’t know how that will affect the Universe and the lives of those in it. So get busy… please!
Fearless creative thinking comes naturally from the decision to be creative. Pratice these 5 easy steps to help release and focus your creative thinking ability, adjust your attitudes and generate the brilliant ideas that you are capable of.

There is no courage in living an existence where you are constantly dissatisfied. Accepting your current resident as package you can’t exchange is a myth. On the contrary it is true that not everyone has available money to finance home improvement. Home improvement loans enable every resident to own and construct the house that is home in the real sense of the term.
While looking for home improvement loans the first thing you concentrate on is interest rates. Borrowers must look for low fixed interest rates. The advertised rates may or may not be low rates for your profile. You will learn that interest rates are a personalized concept. Interest rates for home improvement loans are primarily dependent on whether you offer a security for the loan or not.
Consequently, home improvement loans are either secured or unsecured. Secured entail collateral. On the other hand unsecured home improvement loans get approved without security. Both loan types come with their own set of advantages and disadvantages. Secured loans for home improvement is ideal for raising large amounts (£25,000-£75,000 or above) at low interest rates and flexible terms. Home improvement loans that are secured come with downside of loosing your property in case of failure in repayment.
Unsecured home improvement loans will be best for small amounts. There is no obvious downside except that your credit ratings will suffer if you cannot repay. However, the lender can get back his money through legal process which will ultimately put your property under risk. Why get into such complications - just payback the loan!
No matter what you apply for first take account of the cost. Make a list of all the material required for home improvement and their cost. This will help you in assessing the loan amount you should be applying for. The contractor is paid the money for home improvement and then the lender takes to which the borrower makes monthly installments.
It is going to be worth it to spend time in searching for home improvement loans. Your effort will be rewarded in the form of better interest rates and terms. Use considerable time of your search in home improvement loans comparison. You can use home improvement loan calculator to calculate monthly installments. You fill in few of your details, your income, the amount required and there you get a quote which gives the approximate cost of home improvement loans for you. The quote for is free on most of the sites. Your information remains confidential with no obligation to apply. Use APR while comparing loans. This is because annual percentage rate or APR takes into account closing costs, origination points, discount points and insurance. That is ideally the way to compare home improvement loans.
Don’t mistake home improvement loans for long term loans. Try to wind up home improvement loans within 5-10 years. A 30 year mortgage for home improvement is not advisable. However, if you already have a thirty year mortgage then you can make additional payments and achieve the same result. Does that sound confusing? All that is implied here is weigh your options and find the one that suits you.
And in case you did not know there are home improvement loans for bad credit also. Start from your credit report, know your credit score, shop for options and apply for bad credit home improvement loans. Bad credit home improvement loans will have high interest rates; therefore, think realistically about what you can get.
This year £40 billion pounds is expected to be spend on home improvement. These include simple home repairs and large scale remodeling and major restructuring. Chances are you have caught the home improvement bug. If this is so make improvements that pay off. The loans that you have taken for home improvement should target both adding value to your home and comfort. Invest home improvement loans in enabling them to reach achieve the standard of neighbouring homes. Every home improvement that you opt for should have positive impact.
Do the air conditioning system and the shutters and the conservatory look all the more desirable? Then what are you waiting for? This season go for home improvement loans.
After having herself gone through the ordeal of loan borrowing, Natasha Anderson understands the need for good quality loan advice. Her articles endeavor to provide you the wise counsel in the most elementary way for the benefit of the readers. She hopes that this will help them to locate the loan that beseems their expectations. Are You a mom? Do You have time for fitness? Moms really have a tough time. They are the cook, the maid, the taxi driver, the teacher, the referee, and the list could go on. If you’re a mom, you know how to get things done for everyone else, but chances are, you don’t take care of you. In the day where children keep parents on the go, it is hard to do the things you’d like to do.
School schedules, car pools and after school activities combined with household chores and a full-time job doesn’t allow for much time to exercise and workout. However, that excuse is no longer good enough. Today’s mom knows how to get things done. They can squeeze in a last minute dentist appointment for little Tamie and show up without a moment to spare for a class play that little Tommy forgot to mention. Super mom can always find time to do whatever needs to be done to run a happy home for all of the occupants. So the “I don’t have time” doesn’t fly anymore. In fact, moms everywhere should be embarrassed to use the excuse when a real mom knows, if you really want to do something it’s like that Divine Sisterhood stuff , scoot on over , because here comes mom!
It is important to take care of yourself. Plenty of rest and exercise should therefore be one of those little things that you mark on the calendar and do. In fact, do it now. Mark in your day planner or on the dry-erase board your “me-time.” Then, dust off that tennis racket and head on out for the courts with one of your girlfriends, or join a Fitness Center, or take up walking for overall health and fitness. Procrastination is a word that has no meaning for moms wanting to do something nice for their children, the same should apply for what you want or need to do.
Flexibility and diversification is a nice thing. Diversify your workout schedule to include solo walks, tennis matches with girlfriends, and horseback riding with your husband. Be creative in planning your week ahead. If you know that on Monday you have to pick up your daughter from school at 3:00, but your son gets out at 2:30, make proper use of your time and throw your Nike shoes in a gym bag and walk while you wait. If your daughter has a volleyball practice 25 minutes across town at the high school, then take your swimsuit and use the school’s swimming pool to swim laps. Most schools don’t mind if you call ahead and some even offer free swims on certain days of the week.
The most important thing for you to remember is that because you are a mom, you may have to jump in and take advantage of a thirty-minute window just to have time to exercise. Be prepared for those opportunities and learn to expect the unexpected and take care to use the time wisely. If your son’s football practice is held over 45 minutes, continue walking around the track until you hear the sweetest words in the world, “MOM, I’m ready to go!” You can accomplish what you want, even as a busy mom.

Music is your own experience, your own thoughts, your wisdom. If you don’t live it, it won’t come out of your horn. They teach you there’s a boundary line to music. But, man, there’s no boundary line to art. — Charlie Parker
Music is incredibly an important part of our day to day lives. Be it home, office or any place, the soothing sound and lyrics of an enchanting music track refreshes our whole day’s tiredness and stress. Music business is not the same as it used to be and it has changed many fold times. Future music, in the same way is going to be different from what we get today.
Entertainment in the beginning was in the form of song tracks distributed in plastic tape cassettes. Then CD’s were invented that provided much better quality of sound and was easily distributed. With the recent advent of MP3 which allows large data to be compressed without affecting the original melody of the music, it has really become the future of music business.
MP3 music has become so popular that now it is easily available through different websites. Consumer is now in a much better state to listen good quality music through mp3 downloads and songs as these cost much less than the other audio forms available. This at the same time has brought huge threat along with it, in the form of music piracy.
When a music company launches an album, it makes some copyright laws that disallow a third party to imitate or publish the same music record in any form. Since music could be easily downloaded and recorded in the form of Mp3 files, it is a main source of music piracy.
There are several laws being imposed making piracy an illegal act and fineable too. But threats still moves along with times as more and more Mp3 and forms of audio develop different methods to access music.
