Reviews: Do They Even Matter?

I admit it, just like everyone else I would sincerely like to think that the average person that I talk to and with is at least somewhat interested in what I have to say. Going along with that I would have to add that if I did take the time to write product reviews either through a publication or through providing my opinions in writing on a website or blog that someone would seriously give them some thought. I don’t think that this is out of the norm, I honestly do think that everyone has an opinion and should feel free to express it, especially when it helps someone else avoid making a bad purchase or a costly mistake.

I also know that lots of companies that use internet marketing have to be interested in what consumers are actually saying. After all it wouldn’t make sense to promote your website through wonderfully crafted informative posts, blogs and articles only to have someone else on another site giving completely different information about their experience. As a consumer I have found that giving this feedback on the company site or through a blog can give you a great insight into the company and how they respond to both positive and less than positive feedback from their clients and customers.
